To provide the highest quality of care to all our patients, we maintain a firm schedule. Your consistency in attending sessions is vital to the success of your treatment.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments.
Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellation & Late Changes: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50.00 fee.
No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without any prior notification will result in a $50.00 "No-Show" fee.
Policy on Participation: We believe that consistency is vital to your recovery. Please be aware that after three (3) no-shows or late cancellations, patients will be referred back to their insurance provider due to lack of participation and accountability in treatment.
Urgent Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Urgent cancellations will be taken into clinical consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions or late fees. These charges are the patient’s personal responsibility and must be settled prior to or at your next appointment.
Payment at Time of Service: All co-payments, deductibles, and fees are due and payable at the time of each appointment.
Insurance Coverage: While we bill your insurance as a courtesy, you are ultimately responsible for all charges not covered by your insurance plan.
Delinquent Accounts: Accounts that are 90 days past due may be referred to a collection agency. You will be responsible for any additional collection or legal fees incurred during this process.
Returned Checks: A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any checks returned by the bank.

Location: You must be physically located within the state of California during your appointment to meet regulatory and licensing requirements.
Technical Issues: If a technical failure occurs during your session, your provider will attempt to reconnect with you via a back-up communication method. If you are struggling, please call our staff at 909-460-8733.
